Shleppers Moving & Storage

This relocation moving company moved me last week, best moving experience I've ever had. They were more careful with my things than I would have been. Without prompting from me, they carefully wrapped anything that looked marginally delicate. They were extremely fast, efficient, and did not come close to damaging anything.

I've used many moving companies in my 11 years of living here in NYC, and I must say Schleppers is the best I have ever used! The most fair and reasonable prices around with no ridiculous hidden fees that I've experienced with other movers. The movers themselves were kind and speedy, and they made my move a much less stressful experience. I will definitely be using them again for my next move, and referring others as well! Nothing short than GREAT! On time, polite and proffessional. Packed and moved us in 2 days from Manhattan to Westchetser and nothing was damaged or even scratched.

Don't think it would be possible to have had a worse experience with Shleppers. I am going into week two of living on an air mattress and folding chair in an empty apartment because Shleppers still will not commit to a delivery date for my furniture. Calls for updated delivery dates go unreturned. When you do get someone on the phone, it's very clear that they don't care. This morning I finally got someone on the phone and they said it could be 5 or more days until my items are loaded and shipped. Assuming those dates are met, which is a big assumption, I would be in my apartment for about 3 weeks before receiving furniture. Unless living in an empty apartment on an air mattress is on your bucket list, look elsewhere. You've been warned.
