The Spa and Gym are in an amazing space. Reasonably priced, great services. The decor is lovely with everything from exposed columns to a waterfall.

The equipment is modern and everything is kept spotless.

Classes are fun and varied and they even had an event to raise funds for breast cancer research this year.

Movie stars are plentiful, however you are never made to feel uncomfortable.

I have had numerous massage sessions in the past, but I have to say that the best I've ever experienced was at Shibumi Spa. Not only is the atmosphere so serene, calming, and relaxing, the staff is super friendly and professional. I was fortunate enough to have a session with the director, Soli Davis. She is not a masseuse--she is a healer. With casual confidence, Soli drained away the tensions I had built up in my musculature, but I also felt emotionally rejuvenated as well. She uses a wonderful blend of organic lotions that have an aromatherapy effect on you. I felt like a new person when I left... and I didn't want to leave! I highly recommend the experience.

When my friends and I get together we always talk about taking care of ourselves but we never seem to find the time to do it. There's always an excuse and the biggest one is finding a place that will pamper you. Make all your cares just go away. Well if you''ve had that conversation look no further. Not only is the spa beautiful and peaceful, the energy is warm and inviting that you don't ever want to leave. Soli has amazing hands that finds every thing that needs to be healed. Her workshops are amazing as well and would definitely attend whenever they are available. Dancing, sharing and empowerment to one's own body and soul.

Soli is a true healer - all of her treatments are great.
I love how I always leave any of her treatments looking wonderful and relaxed.
My favorites are the facial with reflexology & the anti-oxidant exfoliation body treatment.
The spa is a hidden gem in Tribeca - i highly recommend it.
