My macbook fell on the floor and it totally trashed my hard drive on top of that my backup failed, so I desperately needed to have all of my data recovered from my hard drive. Sherlock managed to painstakingly recover all of my files manually and it took only a few days get complete the job.
Ephraim has almost 30 years experience in data recovery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

My drive crashed with all my photos, word and excel files. Sherlock was recommended to me by a local Mac workshop that couldn't retrieve the data. Sherlock was able to get all my files and saved my business and time. I would highly recommend there services.

My HD died with all my photos inside.
Ephraim was very calm, comprehensive and professional. I brought him my HD and came the next morning with a new one and the work was done : he recovered my data overnight.
I would definitely recommend Ephraim.

This guy is a swindler. I went to him to back up some data after my computer stopped working. My hard disk was in perfect condition, just needed the data to be backed up. We agreed upon a price for the entire back up and delivery and then he charged me additional for a 16GB USB drive when the data to be backed up was less than 4GB. When I protested, he said we would not give me back my original hard disk with all the data unless I paid him the full amount. When I told him I I didn't need his service and would take it elsewhere, he still wouldn't give me back my original hard disk. He got the job done but he's still a swindler.
