I was suffering from lower back pain for years and a friend recommended Dr Sheila Bidar . I have to say after the second acupuncture treatment I felt almost no more pain I could go through the day not thinking about pain in my back. I highly recommend her especially if you are suffering from chronic back pain like I did.
