Its best to call before you come, they might have a lot of people during certain days. They care about every single patient and they dont rush their jobs. No matter what anyone says, thats a good thing. They arent making cupcakes, they are doing surgery. These people are the best around, so they will always be busy. All the doctors are really good. I miss Dr. Gleid but he was replaced by Victoria Loar, and I can honestly say she is just as good as he is (that is a HUGE compliment). I really recommend her shes super friendly, and a very talented doctor. She gives you a list of options and tells you the risks and recommendations. She is a great listener so be specific. Boris Zats is more strict and down to business but he is by no means any worse then his staff. Dmitry Tokar takes his sweet time so you will almost always wait a little bit longer but he gets the job done. I would highly recommend Dr. Loar though, shes done multiple procedures on me and it was painless and quick everytime. Try getting there at 10am if they open at 10:30. Thanks so much for having this office! HIGHLY recommended! Once again, if people are complaining about the wait time, you can go to another place that will do a half-assed job and have your infection come right back. If you want things done right, this is the only place to go!
