If I had to use one word to describe Shawn Ehlers, it would be “trustworthy.” From the moment I first met Shawn, I knew I was working with the best in the business -- not solely because she is both talented and experienced -- but also because she is a genuine person who cares about new (and very green) talent like me looking to succeed as a new model. I recently had my photographs taken by Shawn. It was my very first professional shoot. It turned out to be truly one of the most fun, learning experiences. Shawn made me feel comfortable in front of the camera which reflected in my beautiful photographs. Since then Shawn has continued to be an incredible mentor to me, every step of the way, and I feel extremely fortunate to work with her.

The minute you meet Shawn, you at once feel comfortable and really excited. Her energy is so positive and uplifting, you know you are in for a terrific time. At the same time she is really experienced and professional, so I immediately felt safe in her hands. She has an uncanny ability to create headshots that are your most gorgeous self, full of light and energy. Best photos I have ever had taken of me, and everyone who has seen them agrees!

The moment I spoke with Shawn I just knew she and I would work terrifically together! I was dealing with a family emergency when she returned my call, and as I explained what was transpiring, Shawn was immediately understanding and compassionate. We agreed to meet to introduce ourselves and discuss what my needs were. Having done some commercial print modeling in the past, I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve in my shoot. As I conveyed my ideas to Shawn, she and I were automatically on the same page. Needless to say, the shoot went fantastically. Shawn and I had a great time working together. She is the epitome of organization, friendliness and professionalism. She gave me great direction throughout the shoot, which I greatly appreciated, especially since she’s a former model and knows the camera from both sides of the lens. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone serious about getting outstanding photos at an exceptional price!
