Shannon & Nesbeth Hair Studio

Called to make an appointment. Receptionist gave me a 2pm spot. I work at night so I asked the receptionist how long would it take to do my hair. She said she didn't know so I asked her and said it's a rod set. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't know how long it will take because there were other people before me. I said to her I would 2 o'clock appointment I expect to be in the chair maybe you by 2:15 . She told me I wouldn't be what was the point of giving me an appointment.

Tanya comes highly recommended so I tried again. I called yesterday at approximately 530pm to find out if she had any appointments on Friday, today. The receptionist said she was waiting for some confirmations not sure what that means but she would get back to me. She called me around 11 a.m. today to tell me that there's no appointments for today. I asked her "did you really call me to tell me that?" Seriously at this point I already know there's no appointments and then she offers me an appointment for Saturday.

I jusr went back to the referral sources and let her know this is not going to work for me. How do you not know at 5:30 the day before what your appointment calendar look like the following morning. Or how do you call a customer back past the appointment time that she requested to tell her there's no appointments.

I heard she does fabulous work but I'm just going to take a pass.

Horrible they almost make u feel like you were ROBBED!!!!!!!!! I went for my bday for a Bob 10 mins before my appointment this girl came late and to top it off she messed my hair up I paid 200 dollars for nothing and wasted 85 on hair please save yourself from GREED

Tanya go above and beyond for her customers and does a great job! You will always leave satisfied no matter what you get done.

I'm not into being high maintaince so I never thought of getting extension or weeve put in my hair but after dying my hair and then going away and going in the pool all weekend the chorine maid my hair so bad it was fried and a lot of it fell off. With all that being said I hated my hair and was desperate for a solution. I happened to drive by Shannon hair studio and I saw the sign so I google it and decked to go in for a consultation and Shannon and her staff where very nice and Shannon was actually able to put in extension right away . I couldn't believe the change it made in my confidence. My hair looks so natural and beautiful. I get compliments all the time and nobody has realized that not all of it it's my hair because Shannon picked hair that was just like mine. Now at this point I don't mind maintaining this because the compliments I have gotten are unbelievable! I would be going back shortly to tighten my extensions! Also it was put on super quick, I was in the hair studio for about an hour in half it was amazing how fast Tanya Shannon is with her hands! I deft recommend this place to my friends! Thank you Tanya!
