We have been patients of Dr Galan for 3 years. We have tried the chain stores, quite honestly I never knew there was such a professional available. The Doctor has equipment to test every part of the eye for health. He tests and then explains the situations he has seen, if anything is not as it should be he will find it.
His office staff is also beyond stellar. You walk in the door and are welcomed like you are at a friends home, and you are. The receptionist, the consultants are happy to answer any questions you may have forgotten to ask, they get the answer right away. When the exam is done you are introduced to Mindy, who in MY OPINION is a lady most knowledgeable regarding choosing a frame, (in your price range), that looks nice on you and you can ask all the questions you need, she has a heart of gold and patience. A real true customer service Eye Professional. She is indeed a professional, can answer questions chain store people cannot and will not answer, she is not just someone who is there to show you glasses, she knows your needs and is enormously helpful. I break my glasses on the average of once a month, I visit Mindy quite often. With a sincere smile and a "happy to see you" she goes to work on undoing the damage I have done.
I recommend this practice and all the associates who gladly serve you. My husband needed special glasses for bike riding (long distance). He was a little late in ordering them. Mindy went out of her way. jumping thru hoops to get them for him before he left.
