My experience was horrific due to the lack of care, compassion and training by the office staff at the Rockville Center location. They could not find my referrals and sent me home although the referrals were in place but they did not know where to look nor do they care enough to determine if the referrals are in place and accurate before having you drive(in pain) to the office despite having several weeks between appointments to do so. This is a ruthless medical factory and because of this lack of consideration I was mentally stressed and have now changed my health plan due to my experience with Orlin and Cohen and the lack of communication between Emblem Health(HIP) and them.
