Shampooch

My dog who is 10 pounds bit the groomer while they where typing to put him in the bathtub and they called my nephew and told him to pick the dog up,when I got home and was informed I called Shampooch and was talking to one of the employees who was INSANLEY nasty on the phone, she was screaming and whenever I asked her a question got really defensive and before I could finish my statement hung up,I Alert that I have taken my dog there more then 3 times before and have never had this problem before, It was extremely rude for a place that's supposed to be very comftarmble because you are after all leaving your dog there,will not be going there again& I hope that the rude woman on the phone receives her consequences,what a disappointment!!

Did the most fantastic job on BOTH of my dogs. One of my dogs was extremely scared of being groomed, but shampooch completely took all of the fear out of my baby. A++++++++ SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO EVERYONE. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND A LOVELY LOCATION!!!!
