Great fries and loved the shroom burger. Did not know what to expect of a burger with a mushroom Patty, but did not expect it to be this delicious! Their shakes are really thick and delicious. Decent prices. They also have seating outside which is nice because the place can get crowded. But even so, you might not get a seat.

The WORST service. Never had a problem with shake shack before, and was really disappointed and frustrated that it took them 40 MINUTES to make a burger and fries. They lost my order, I had to ask 3 times where my food was. They told me over and over that it was coming out soon while I watched people who ordered after me get their food. I finally asked the guy managing the line and he apologized, and finally got me my order. They are seriously disorganized and the saddest part was that, I wasn't the only one who didn't get my order in a timely manner. Honestly, wouldn't come back to this shake shack. Save yourself the hassle and go to another one.

First time checking this place out and I am a fan! I tried the smoke shack burger with fries and their salted caramel hot chocolate. Everything was fantastic. The burger had good flavor and fresh toppings. The crinkle cut fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside... just right! I was a huge fan of the hot chocolate. It wasn't overpowering with the salted caramel; Just the right balance with the chocolate.

Burgers are alright. Other places are better. Food is comparable to five guys, but five guys has peanuts to top you off. Bathroom was spacious but dirty. Don't even bother driving since there is no parking.
