Their "selection" is the standard Plain/Poppy/Everything/etc. and again in Whole Wheat, nothing actually varied to deserve the name Pick-A-Bagel.
The service is lack luster to say the least, which means you are paying $8-10 for a bag with a bagel and burnt coffee - do it yourself napkins, coffee sleeve, etc.
Same experience every time, probably get away with it because of their amazingly convenient location.

Perfectly located when you need to grab something quick to eat in this neighborhood. Whether you're just walking through or work here. A tuna on a sesame bagel with lettuce and tomato, please.

Had the corned beef sandwich and it was amazing. Deff recommend.

On the menu it's clearly titled "Spreads" for the cream cheese. So why did I watch the lazy employee (at least wearing gloves) shove his hand into the cream cheese bin and glob a fistful onto my bagel. I had to scrape off more than 3/4th of it. Very wasteful and disgusting! Are you trying to ruin my cholesterol? Please train your employees to use a spreading knife to spread cream cheese.
