Horrible customer care.

I have been waiting to receive my glasses for almost 2 weeks already. I was told the day I walked in I would be able to pick up my glasses between 5 to 7 days. I went back on the 7th day my glasses were not ready I was told the system was being updated n to call Monday. I called Monday n was told the same thing call tomorrow. okay so now its Tuesday and guess what????????? still no glasses smh now im being told to give them 2 more days making it 14 days for them to be done if they are done by Friday. if they are not done by Friday I will be contacting a manager and placing my order elsewhere. very disappointed . get it together people I need to see.

friendly eye doctors and workers but the space is so small and you have to wait like 2 or 3 hours after your appointment time because of the long waiting list.

I have been purchasing my glasses from here for over a decade. They have excellent service and you always get a warm welcome as if you're part of the family. The staff is always very professional and gets me in and out the door in a timely matter. I don't live in the state but I am definitely a loyal customer and go to them for everything that involves my vision.

Very happy with the service will patronage again and agsin zdd
