The worst customer service. Called the store to find a product, was put on hold and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. Drove to the store still being on hold. Came up to the owner to let him know about this issue, he replied without caring, saying "its busy today" pointing to a store with one other shopper besides me. With high prices and such disregard for customers I will never shop here again.

So I actually found out about them through a friend's FB post. Figured I would check it out since one of my resolutions was to start eating healthier and shopping organic. I was not expecting to end up liking the store so much. It's smaller, but not too small and is really easy to find everything you're looking for. And when you cannot find certain products they have great employees waiting to help.

A lot of good stuff to choose from. Sure, you're going to spend a few extra bucks, but it really isn't that big of a difference and the quality of food is wayyy better than what you'll get at pathmark. And for us local sheepshead bay peeps, it beats trekking to the city or dt bk trader joe's.

I like that store, the selection of products is great. However, I go there in case of emergency only. I prefer to buy organic food at other stores and order supplements and cosmetics online 30-40% cheaper.
