Warning! ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP YOUR GOODS. Please do not make the same mistakes I made. They are terrible and incompetent. I made the mistake of using them twice. The first time I used them, 2 years ago to ship my mother's funiture. They ended up losing one of my mother's couch, we never found it till today. I don't know what I was thinking but I actually used them again this year to ship 2 cars to Africa. Both cars were damaged by this people. Both hoods were crushed in, the fenders were damaged and the side mirrors were broken off. Initially they told me it was their fault, it had happen while they were loading the vehicles into the container and that they will be fixing both cars. Now they are saying that they are only going to be fixing one of the cars. The other was damaged while in the container. This people are totally incompetent and have no customer service what so ever. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer will be filling a lawsuit against them next week.
*This company is so Bad, I don’t know how anyone could give them a 5 star rating. Terrible service they don't even deserve one star. If only I could give them zero star I would.
