The last three attempts to reserve a car have been unsuccessful- Today, I attempted to hire a car two days in advance. How do you run a business without any cars!!

Agree with the others. Dispatcher is rude.

The dispatcher, and the drivers are worst. I will never use this car service ever again.
If you are not a Russian descent, they will treat you like a piece of gum on the bottom of their shoe.
If you look at all the reviews, only the Russian gave they five stars. The proof is in the pudding.
