Service Professionals

I was very impressed with the quality of work by Service Professionals (Bill Cobb). I have used them twice in the past, and will continue to use them. Although the job was an expensive one (There was major work involving cutting through a wall and replacing piping from the bathroom to the basement. Plus plumbing work of that nature will be expensive no matter who you use.) I was very impressed with the quality of work and the meticulous effort on the part of the plumber in being thorough. His work not only corrected the broken piping, but also involved proactive work so as to eliminate the problem so that it wouldn't re-surface in the future. My drain problem was completely eliminated! Good job!

Finally a great experience in NJ with a plumbing company. I felt like the service and the fee they charged was resonable. The technician was very helpful and nice. He took care of the problem and gave us advice on how to keep the situation from happening too often. Service professionals is now in my index for future services.

My husband had spent two days trying to clean out a clog that was between the clean out and the sewer, but was not able to reach it. Scott B. was referred to us by a friend, so we called Service Professionals and requested him. We were very pleased with the service we received. Scott arrived on time and was professional and courteous from the first hello. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why. He took care of the problem in a timely manner, was respectful of our home and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. Being that this same problem occurred last year, which was "taken care of" by another company, Scott advised us to schedule an appointment for them to take a look with a camera, but at no time was he pushy. He shared his knowledge and educated us on the proper maintenance of our plumbing. Overall, we received excellent service from Scott B. and will not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

Service Professionals Plumbing Tech Scott Bogda did a superior job installing a water line for the fridge. His work was clean and professional, he was early for the appointment and called when he was 20 min. to arrival. This has not always been our experience with plumbers. We would not hesitate to highly recommend his services to friends and family.
