Service Bus is contracted to provide bus service to/from a school 20 minutes away. The parents and the school pay sizable fees for this. You might think that since we hire them, they would accommodate parents in doing the job. Instead the students are picked up ridiculously early, the drivers don't know where to go, the kids sit on the bus for 1.5 hours (!) and are still late for school. You might think that with the current state of technology, the bus drivers could have GPS devices installed. Rather, they sit with a printout sheet on their laps and look for the next address.We, the customers are paying for them to get lost. The students are paying with lack of sleep.

They gave one quote over the phone, but invoiced for extra $40. When confronted, they talked around in circles and just kept referring to the invoice that said "what the cost was." Then, on the day of service, they picked us up an hour and a half late because the driver got lost. While waiting, the headquarters said they would give a dicount for the inconvienience. Now, every time I call to inquire about the discount, they "have to look into it" and never call back. On top of all this, the secretary that answers the phone is less than helpful and is frankly a bit rude. Definately would NOT recommend them.
