My first encounter with Serenity began with Maxwell on the phone. I won't bore the readers with the fiasco's regarding my move(s), due to issues on my end, but, Maxwell juggled them with the utmost professionalism and patience.
Dates were chosen and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The crew was amazing and ALWAYS responded with my last minute requests with "of course, no problem". They were timely and nothing suffered for it...not one piece of breakage!

I am writing this review 6 months after my move, because I am still very appreciative and impressed with the great job Serenity did. I moved my home in February 2015, when we had to dig a path from my icy front steps to the back of the truck and navigate ice everywhere and 5 degree temperatures. Serenity sent me a great group of guys that carefully took apart all of my oversized furniture, wrapped them up and moved them with no issue. They were very careful of my walls and floors and furniture. Great job. Max, my main contact before the move was super. My closing was rescheduled three times and delayed 3 months from the original date, and I never knew it was going to be delayed until the day before, but that never fazed Max. He was always understanding and positive. I triple bid the job and everyone was within $200 of each other, and I think Serenity was right in the middle so they were very competitive. The estimate was guaranteed not to increase and they kept to it, although we did not have any surprises. I would highly recommend Serenity for your next move. Great company with a great crew working there.

Serenity Movers was recommended to me by a friend who had just as great of an experience as I did! I called them to help them move my belongings into their storage unit and then back to my new place. Working with Max through the scheduling and the many questions I had was a pleasure! There were no hidden fees and I appreciated the follow up calls before and after each move.

They were on time for both moves and prepared with all materials each building required. They also wrapped my furniture carefully, and moved everything without a scratch.

Serenity movers made a stressful move much more serene! I was moving from a 5th floor walk up into storage and they did a great job. The whole thing was done very quickly. They first came in and surveyed everything I had. They let me know what materials they would be using to move everything and how much extra those materials were going to cost. They even gave me several options. There were no surprise fees with these guys! I knew exactly how much I was going to need to pay. Their customer service before and after the move was fantastic as well!
