Sephora

My friend and I went to this sephora on 11/16 before going to a concert. We had booked makeovers online.the girl who did my makeover was Andrea. I loved how my makeup came out and she was a really sweet girl.

I came here one day after work to treat myself to a full makeover. My makeup artist, Andrea, was fun, engaging and took her time applying the makeup. My only qualm is that she took over an hour mostly because other people kept asking her and pulling her away. It’s annoying to spend the minimum of $125 to get a free “makeover” and you spend almost 25 minutes waiting. While, yes I know it’s not her fault, Sephora and other customers should have policy and common sense, if you see a makeup artist working on a person, leave them alone. In terms of selection and customer service, it is on par with the other Sephora’s but I didn’t get a chance to look around since I was running late to a dinner reservation.

This sephora location is busy and big. Near the grand central, very convenient. You can find anything that you are looking for. The staffs are nice
