I highly recommend SEI Tomoko salon. I have been going here for 18 years, and I have never been disappointed. It is a relaxing and wonderful salon that has great services at an affordable price. I love the vibe of the salon--quiet, mellow and positive. It is great to hear that they are expanding to Tokyo -- ST New York!

Sei Tomoko is an excellent salon. I have been getting my hair cut here by Mutsumi for many years now and am a very loyal and happy customer. The quality of the haircut, the very friendly welcoming staff, the gentle and invigorating neck massage and flexibility of trying to accommodate my hectic and random schedule will keep me coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have been a client at Sei Tomoko for more than 10 years. It is a wonderful experience. I say experience because you are treated like a guest the moment you enter. I have recommended the salon to many people over the years and no one has ever been disappointed. Matsumi is amazing. Ive had the Japanese straightening process as well as color and haircuts from her. I have never left unhappy. I always feel wonderful. I highly recommend this salon.
