I have been a member at the Sedona Fitness in Brooklyn, NY since November 2015. It is simply the BEST and CLEANEST FITNESS CLUB I have ever experienced. I must report that girls from front desk absolutely always are greeting with a cheerful smile and a lot of great attitude. Special thanks are for Kate. SHE is AMAZING TRAINER! Kate is so into what we are doing in her class and pushes you to do better through her positive energy and knowledge. IT IS hard work but fun at the same time. Kate is constantly motivating and encouraging me to be the best me I can be! I’ve never felt better both physically and mentally too and I owe it all to Kate’s Classes. So Kate! You have the right positive happy attitude! Thank you so much! And thank you Sedona!
