Seci Construction

I had Seci Construction replaced my roof. They were professional and I was very satisfied with the work done. They answered any questions I had and would defiantly use them for future work on house.

Seci Construction gave us the best price for our new roof. The calls were pleasant and courteous. Setting up the appointment was pretty painless, and they brought 5 guys for the job.

There were some slightly off things done. We weren't warned that the new skylights might not be a perfect fit until pretty late in the process, which was annoying. They were relatively messy with the materials, doing some damage to a plant here and there, and leaving a scrap of shingle in some spots, especially the gutters. They were thorough in the cleanup job, including using a magnet for leftover nails, but there was some debris left here and there. They also used the dumpster they brought for their own trash (emptied out their truck) which could have caused issues if it filled completely. It did end up completely full, but it fit everything it needed to. They also started rushing on the last bit of roof as they went over on time, and didn't do all the same little things that they did previously, like properly cleaning off the scraps.

We have been living leak-free with our new roof for a couple months so far. I still find little scraps here and there, but I've also been up on the roof many times, and it looks like the workmanship is quite good. There were some little things I didn't love, but the best price for a good roof done in a single day is certainly worth it in my book.

Very pleased with the service Akil and Claudio provided me from Seci Construction. They provided a reasonable quote and did not nickle or dime me even though they ended up using more material than they originally quoted. They came in and did the job quickly and efficiently. One of my shrubs was damaged from the work, but Akil compensated me fairly for it and left me feeling 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend.

I called them out to get an estimate on a roof repair or and a new roof. I got bids from a couple other local contractors but I've learned that cheapest isn't always the best. The owner at Seci gave me a competitive price and as promised used premium materials and they got the job done on-time. Great work, professional crew, they cleaned up everything, no problems at all. Hiring them again in the spring to do my siding.
