There's an afrikan lady that works the phones and she is like talkin to a wall, she confuses things then is stubborn when you try to tell Her that she is talking about something different, and literally she just laughed at me when I asked how much a tire was.

These guys are not professional, horrible services I've had to visit multiple times to fix a problem

Sears refused to honor lifetime warranty on a tire and adjust air pressure which was low. Instead they claimed there it had a nail and would cost $19.99 to repair. I explained I just wanted air as stated in warranty. They still refused so I drove to Pep Boys, which discovered there was no nail and filed Sears' tire for free. Despite unusable warranty Sears refuses to refund the $12.
