Sears if you are wondering why your revenue is down, try going in to service your car at this location. Absolutely no sense of what "customer service" is about. Employees are rude and clueless. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

COMPLETE RIP OFF! My daughter went in because 6 month old battery would not start. They charged her $20 to "check the electrical system". Returned and said battery was fine but starter was bad ($375.00 plus $175.00 installation). She left. Went to regular auto parts store, had system checked, starter and alternator good, bad cell in battery. Took report to Sears in Yorktown Heights, they checked systems and installed new battery at no charge. Typical NY B.S. trying to rip off young woman. Disgusting. They should be closed down and reported to authorities.

I went there for a new set of tires. They forgot to give me my best tire as a spare. When I brought it to their attention it was corrected right away. When I got home I realized I was overcome charged by $45.00. Once this was brought to their attention it was refunded with no issues. Even though I had a few problems they were acted upon quickly. I would recommend them in the future.
