The Sears repair man Jeff came out on time. He was very friendly and he went right to work on the problem. He also explained what he was doing. He was a very pleasant man.

Our Dryer was making all sorts of squeaky noises. We called Sears (we did not buy the machine from them) and they came over within a couple of days and fixed the problem in about 1.5 hours!! The repair man was very helpful and gave us some pointers on how to use our current Dryer so we can get a lot more use out of it. Thanks and I would recommend Sears repair to all my family and friends
