Very displeased because the first appointment took two weeks and the repairman ordered the wrong parts then we had to wait another two weeks for the second to come who discovered the first had ordered the incorrect part. Another two weeks for the correct part to arrive and the second repair person to install it and then we find she didn't tighten the bottom door where the installation was, so machine makes a rattle noise when spinning. :(

everyone was friendly,cooperative and compent,but the repaire to the Bosch Dishwasher took over three months

Technician was professional and caring and fixed the refrigerator. We are pleased. If we ever have another appliance repair need, please send the same technician.
Sears has been a disappointing company to deal with - customer service is terrible. But the technician was amazing.

Excellent service. Very prompt. Called before they came. Very nice and knew what they were doing. Fixed the problem and checked to make sure everything was in working order before they packed up. I purchased an extended warranty because he felt that my treadmill being an older model, might need some minor things in the future and if not a routine check they will come do. I agreed. Would definitely recommend.
