Reviews to Sears
This store is beyond messy, a little gross at times and has the longest lines in all of the entire mall, which is not something they should be proud of at all. All departments have a fairly small selection with items in disorganized areas, further compounded by the lack of customer service representatives.

I've been here twice and both times the cashiers were super rude and treated me like I was a nuisance to them even though I was only paying for my stuff and didn't require any other help/assistance from them. I didn't look at the name tag but the "ringing associate #" was 52167. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Sears again. Just for comparison, Macy's customer service at Kings Plaza in Men's formal wear department was unbelievably amazing. No wonder Sears is gonna go out of business pretty soon. Good luck to the nasty cashiers who work here!

It has it's up and downs, low staffing, lines for the registers, someone that may not have time to stand still long enough for a questions, difficulty getting sime on the phone, yes as do many other stores. Sears, does have personnel with good customer skills, they have great sales, they back all of their products. Home appliance technicians are great. The cashiers are very friendly. Everything is in order so that you can find things that you need.

Horrible customer service. They tell you to hold on then hang up on you. When you try to call back nobody picks up. And if someone does pick up they are rude or inexperienced.
