I had zero knowledge and took the DJ 101 class which was an awesome entry point into the scene. It is the best spot for Dj’s and music producers to build skills in Ableton, Serato, turntablism and more.

Recently entertained some clients here and had an absolutely blast. Definitely not your steak/wine dinner or cheesy team building event :) Our instructor, DJ Max Carnage, was fantastic and took the time to not only teach us the proper methods of DJing/scratching, but started with the history of the genre, walked us through the equipment and answered our many questions.
The Academy allowed us to cater in our own food and drinks, which was a big win as well.
Definitely recommended!

If you want to learn how to DJ in the positive and correct way!
This is the perfect place with awesome teachers and students who love this form of art.
I had my best experience at Scratch in my 1 year stay in New York.
