This was not an experience I'd like to relive. Took my mother for a 3:30 appointment for a simple toenail clipping and general evaluation. There were no other patients in the office, but we were still there until 5 p.m. Dr. Scollo engaged us with his opinions of the Affordable Care Act, his opinions on African Americans, police profiling, etc., ad nauseam, for 90 excruciating and infuriating minutes. What should've been basically a 30 minute pedicure sans polish turned into a captive audience of two listening to an ignorant egomaniac discussing his political views, and my mother wound up with several bandaids (for a pedicure!) and an admonition to use antibiotic cream for the next couple of days. While I was getting the car, my mom got treated to a full-out anti-government diatribe. It was our first visit, and it was appalling. We will never ever be getting back together.
