The doctors are good and the nurses are pretty good but the staff at the front desk is not a couple are ok but mainly bad attitudes like they can't be bothered but if you can overlook that and it is true you have to wait for awhile unless its the last appt of the day

I see the doctor at my appointed time, the staff is always kind and courtes. And you can get an appointment on a Saturday,

Great doctors who care. Too bad there are condescending phone manners from the office staff who answer the phone. Consistently over booked practice. Unless it is an emergency, be prepared scheduled to wait a half hour to 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. It's really a shame, because the doctors are so good, but you have to wade through some hoops and unhelpful office personalities to see them. I would have rated them higher if they had courteous office staff who understood the concept of customer service.
