Terrible, awful...what a wasrte of $26.For years I've heard people brag about this joint. To this day I don't understand why. The crust is ALWAYS burnt. I tried one of the white pies with fresh garlic. Well when it was delivered, mind you 1.5 hours after I placed the order, the "white" cheese was brownish which of course meant it was overcooked and all the garlic was just tossed in the center of the pie. My GF ordered a chicken parm sandwich and you could tell from the taste of the chicken that it was the frozen kind already breaded then just fried. I tried to like their food I really have. But in all honesty, in my opinion this place sucks.

Born and raised in Perth Amboy and loved the old Sciortinos. Was in eastern PA for a wedding and decided to drive into Perth Amboy and relive my past. Boy was I disappointed!. Ordered a large works and it wasn't hot even though I ate it there. The onions were raw, hardly any sauce (which made their pizzas great) or cheese. Maybe I should have tried the South Amboy location. You really can't go home.

Many pizza places around the area also the state taste like flavorless cardboard.
BUT HERE. Here is beacon of hope. Ordered a plain large pie and it was tasty. The sauce was sweet and deliciously cooked inside a brick oven. The cheese was good quality. I will highly recommend this place to anybody who is around the area and is looking for a tasty pizza. Warning pizza can be too thin and soggy
