I needed to have a new pump installed in my toilet and a faucet installed in my kitchen. After reading the many positive reviews I contacted Schumacher and Farley and was given an appointment for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised that the tech Max arrived at 8:02 for an appointment window of between 8:00 and 8:30. As promised he evaluated the work and gave me an up front price. The faucet which I had supplied was missing a part. Max contacted 3 supplied houses until he found one that carried the part. I was thrilled as I was having a party over the weekend and needed the faucet. I was thrilled with his determination to have it installed. I am in a business in which I deal with many contractors.....I will say that this company and their employee Max are top notch!!!
