Schulman Vein and Laser Center

I have been seeing Dr. Lee Schulman at Schulman Vein and Laser Center for nearly three years. He, his father and their excellent staff practice on both the Upper East Side and Long Island. I have trusted Dr. Schulman's judgment and skill with both laser surgery and schlerotherapy treatments since my second pregnancy. The results have been excellent. Just as importantly, visiting the practice is a pleasure - the doctors, nurses and assistants are always helpful and have a great sense of humor. Unlike most other vein treatment practices, Schulman Vein and Laser takes insurance, and has been VERY effective at coordinating with my insurers to cover procedures - even schlerotherapy, which insurers usually classify as cosmetic. They have saved me thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Doctors at NYU Vein Center wanted to do surgery on the veins on my legs. I saw Dr. Schulman and he said I did not need surgery. He has been treating me with injections and the results are great.
He also treated the veins on the back of my hands. I am a business woman and it is important for me to look good. I feel more confident with the results of the treatments.

Dr. Lee Schulman did a comprehensive exam to determine the best course of action that consisted of both a laser procedure and injections. I have been going to him for several months, and my legs look great. The spider veins that looked like bruises have diminished. My varicose veins have disappeared along with the pain. I'm no longer self conscious about going bare legged! Even better news is that healing can take months, so my results will only improve! Dr. Schulman always gives me the time and attention needed.
