My wife had an issue back in January when all of the insurance plans switched over to the Obama Care. After visiting her Doctor 6x in the new year with co-payments paid and confirmation that this Doctor was indeed a provider with this insurance after things switched over my wife received a bill. The E.O.B. that was mailed in March stated that this doctor "no longer" participated with this insurance. So my wife was hit with a medical bill over $3,000.00 and harassing collection notices and letters from attorneys offices that followed demanding payment when this medical bill was in noway my wife's responsibility. That's where Mr. Jonathan Schulam came into the rescue with his persistent efforts and time, he gracefully resolved the matter in a timely fashion in my wife's favor.
