Last Sunday I awoke to a flood of 12" of water in our basement from a ruptured water line to our sprinkler system. I called Savage Restoration, with 30 minutes the owner,field supervisor, and tech were on site. they used a large pump along with many other water removal items and had our water out in 3 hours, i was amazed at the amount of inventory they had in the response truck and how easy it made the process. they worked for 4 straight days cleaning, boxing items, storing for us in a Pack Rat container they had delivered to our home. i am the owner of a small business and can tell you i was so impressed with the seamless flow of work that i felt compelled to write this review. i highly recommend this company to anyone in my position or worse off. last of all thank you Bill and your team for making a bad situation tolerable.
