Sasha Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine LLC

I began seeing Sasha to assist me with embarking on the GAPS diet for digestive wellness, and the curing of what allopathic medicine calls 'autoimmune' disease. My experience with her as she helped me assume the diet, and with her expansive repertoire of wellness modalities, continued to assist me with targeted herbal formulas and specialized acupuncture, exceeds my expectations on a continual basis. She is truly a caring and knowledgeable healer, and has the impressive capacity to 'meet you where you're at', and intuit what's wrong and what can be done, in terms of diet, acupuncture, herbs, and more.

I have been seeing Sasha for over a year. I find her to be a great human being, conscientious practitioner and to have a well rounded approach to healing in general. My phobia of needles was such that I never thought acupuncture would be possible for me. I have also taken my children to see her for herbs and even acupuncture for acute conditions such as a flu or respiratory ailment. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by a friend after I mentioned it would be fun to try acupuncture. My experience with Sasha has me coming back week after week. First off, the office has the same complete energy as a Zen garden, you can feel it when you walk in. Sasha greets you kindly and is the reason why the atmosphere is so warming.

For treatment itself, she is precise and actually explains things as she goes along if you ask. For instance, each session begins with a full body assessment and indulges your curiosity if you ask about what certain things mean. She is gentle with the use of needles, and she is consistently on top of her game.

What separates her from the rest is her over-developed sensitivity to the human body not just on a physical or emotional level, but the spiritual level. And when I had a question outside of a session, rather late in the evening as well (she is a mother of two) she was quick to answer and knew exactly what to do.

Great experience, and helpful for my back pain as well! Sasha used both acupuncture and other methods (heat, massage) to help with both my specific issue - back pain - and with overall stiffness and energy flow. She gave other advice based on Chinese medicine, which I found really interesting. Appointment was convenient.
