Great breakfast place - great staff. Wait looks long but moves fast. Loved their eggs Benedict (salmon or classic). Pancakes are out of this world :)

Sure, it's a chain, but it maintains high standards for food and service. It's a great breakfast option for groups, but prepare to wait. Always opt for one of the home baked muffins with breakfast instead of toast!

Went for brunch at 10am on Saturday and were told it'd be a 15 minute wait. It took AN HOUR to get a table and then about 30 minutes to get the food. Many more guests seemed to be in the same annoying situation and were complaining.
The tables are really packed inside and it is rather uncomfortable and loud.
The food is rather expensive. The burger, which I use as the baseline for comparisons, goes for $21.
I don't remember the same poor experience a couple of years ago, but I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Pretty good breakfast/brunch spot near central park. The service is very good and reservations are made easy. The place is much bigger than expected and you can eat outside too. I recommend the pancakes or egg dishes. The coffee was the weak spot on the whole morning. Not great.
