Cute Midtown spot to enjoy a fika with a friend. As a Swede living in NYC, I have to say that this place is pretty authentic. Everything from the coffee to the sweet treats really hit the spot when you want to enjoy Swedish coffee break with a friend.

- Terrible #164057

Their products are amazing but I always leave determined to never return because the service is absolutely atrocious. The staff seem to be actively averse to smiling or any sort of customer service. I have visited this location over 20 times because its close to work but I have yet to hear a "hello", "please", "thank you" or any form of common courtesy extended here. I am trying very hard to find better coffee elsewhere.
