Sara African Hair Braiding

I have been going to them since 03 ... The only Africans I trust the only ladies that will EVER braid my hair.. I always get compliments when they do my hair... I live in Elizabeth but don't mind taking that ride to Newark to get my hair done... Sarah has a lot of experience.. And I know she and her staff will do a good job

She overcharge on goddess braids. I went to her to do 2 goddess braids, she charged $35. it's loose already I called her to see if she can fix it and she hung up on me. She was very rude, I understand she braid tight that's why I went to her but she was rushing to get other clients in the chair. a lot of people was leaving the salon due to prices, she kept telling them its because of the cost of hair going up. I not satisfied because any real business know try to make the customer happy. she could of offer to fix it, she could have offered to charge half price. I wasn't rude to her at all. SHE SAID WHAT DO I WANT HER TO DO AND JUST HUNG UP
