Before my experience is worst but now at east village branch is very good. Last few week i got big problem in my account but bank staff name is Zina Barrera help a lots.She is very co-operative and finish my all work very soon.So Thanks Zina .Now I am happy with Santander Bank.

Everyone that works at this branch are extremely helpful and are a pleasure to do business with. The Greenpoint branch on the other hand are the most unpleasant and ungracious sorry group of people, worse than the post office. I go out of my way to go to the Ave A branch, to be greeted with smiles, rather than the Greenpoint one where their attitude is something to the effect of "what the hell do you want"
