Bought a used vehicle from them less than a year ago, I was promised by their manager that they would repair several things if after I phased the vehicle and brought it back to them. Never happened,the most expensive so far is the Catalytic converter, its shot needs replacing. Brought it to sansone kia when it barely ran and they wouldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. Just handed me my keys and said you need to go to mazda... my car is a Chevy purchased from KIA. Lacks customer service skills, has no interest in their customers.

Pure crook crinimals...Crooked salesmen will say anything it will take for you to sign a contract and reneg on the deal afterwards...Poor conflict resolution I read some good reviews and some poor reviews I should have listened to the poor reviews I might have to take them to court to retrieve what was stolen from me...They don't even return my calls...Absolutely awesome...

Horrible for service... came in for recalls and my back up camera being faulty its a '13 Optima SXL with 31k miles well within warranty... tried telling me theres a $125 diag fee to see if its covered under warranty... crooks... and to think i was going to do a full service on the car when i was there and actual spend money there... they lost a customer... should be called SCAM-SONE Kia

Received a $25 gift card offer to come and test drive a Kia at Sansone. Arrived at Sansone and gave an honest look over the Sorrento and Sedona. The salesperson said that he would validate the gift card and contact me within a week for a follow up. After receiving neither, I went through their automated gift card system which contacted the dealership. On the email receipt I have "- If you do not receive a redemption confirmation email by 05/06/2015 then feel free to contact the dealership directly"
The call to the dealership directly didn't yield any results. I was placed on a circular transfer for 30 minutes before being dropped into a generic voicemail box.

If the dealership cannot honor a simple $25 offer, I cannot recommend this dealership based on it's integrity.
