Nice brand of course, but snobish staff who treats you like an H&M customer even if you buy a coat at 1000 USD. The girl is laughing out you, when you ask if there is problem (when it takes 10 minutes to pay your coat) Sandro must choose more professional staff who better understands the beautiful brand, and especially respect their customers.... What a waste ! Next time I'll go in Paris! I feel insulted. I hope Sandro will read me, because this is a word of a very loyal customer. Julia
