Sanctuary Pilates®

If you're looking to try something new, I highly recommend the silks classes at Sanctuary! I felt super safe, and Lara and Kate are both very encouraging and knowledgable instructors. The most striking piece of the workshop is the strong sense of empowerment that is shared by all attendees. I left feeling like I had a refreshingly new workout and like I could conquer anything! It's really not to be missed.

I love Sanctuary Pilates. The group classes are wonderful. I went from having no core strength to really adopting and loving the pilates principals. The staff are so helpful and good at what they do. I'm so lucky to live so close to such a great place. One other wonderful thing: you are having so much fun that the classes fly by.

Prohibitingly expensive.

Sanctuary Pilates is a wonderful studio that is small and extremely client focused. The prenatal classes are so beneficial for your pregnancy as well as being with Kate and having her through your pregnancy as a coach! I highly recommend using Sanctuary Pilates and I am extremely confident that you will love your experience as much as your results!

I've tried out yoga and pilates at various different studios and gyms and can say without a doubt that Sanctuary is the best one of them all! My instructor there -- Kate -- is friendly, attentive and knows her stuff, with an excellent attention to detail. The studio is kept extremely clean and peaceful. I'm definitely going to be a returning (weekly) client.
