I wish I could give less than 1 star. Received a broken tv, called and waited an hour and a half to get a rep to tell me they don't do exchanges during the holidays. Promised a call back from a supervisor, never got that. Called back again and wait 2 hours for a rep to tell me they didn't know when they could get me another TV. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their reps are useless and none of them have any customer service skills. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Wow, we are having the same awful experience outlined by so many other after purchasing a $900.00 television set in July and in December breaks. Still under warranty and it means nothing. Numerous calls later, several hang ups, not to mention bogus promises later our television does not work. I plan on going on every site available and to our attorney general's office to let them know as well as the Better Business Bureau and our local news rant station. Let's get the word out that this company does not stand behind their products or is appreciative of their customers. Buy Amercian People!! You will learn if you ever have an issue with them

Awful company. Their support is horrid. This is what happens when customers prefer cheap over quality. Their support will give you so much unneeded stress that you'd wish you had the option to pay more to avoid the broken English, untrained foreign "support" you are getting that is endless and leaves you with no answers but endless transfers and a headache. Hopefully, the company will drop in the stock market and fall apart sooner than later to make room for other companies that care more about support and quality.

Their support promise falls short for someone who has owned their products for 20 years and only recently needed to call. Samsung USA should be ashamed of itself by stating one can call the US Ridgefield Park office and escalate their issue.
I have yet to get any callbacks promised by their team. When someone says 1 to 2 business days or uses the terminology 24 - 48 hours, these are pretty cut and dry promises - honor them and don't abuse those commitments. This is supposed to be a major conglomerate, not a bunch of 15 year olds not knowing the meaning of a promise, customer service or running a corporation is all about. I get better and more complete customer service by calling for a Pampers diaper issue than I do a major electronics corporation. Pretty disappointed

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have had my galaxy 5 less than 5 months and the interior speakers went out per Sprint Tech Service. I was instructed to send it to Samsung under warranty. I sent it off 2nd day air and after 5 days I was notified that they had it and that it was "Not under Warranty" and would cost me $70 to repair. I called customer service, was disconnected 2 times after telling them that there is no way I damaged the head phone jack as it has NEVER been used and has been in a lifeproof case since day one. My 3rd phone call was "sorry but we will not fix it, you can not talk to a tech, I don't know how it was damaged but if you don't pay then we will send it back". Up until today, I would have recommended Samsung to anybody. NEVER AGAIN!!!
