You order online at least a day in advance to pickup your order they tell you it's ready when you get there they haven't picked it at all. The worse service I've ever seen. This has happened more then once.

Never ever bring your car here for any kind of service. Don't bring it for tires, don't bring it for a headlight restoration. Stay away. They abuse vehicles and then will not own up to the damage they cause. Corporate office is a joke as well. Managers stay in hiding and treat guests with disrespect

I work there and I've never had any complaints In my department any of the fresh departments I work in he rotisserie department and the meat department never got any complaints I cant speak for any other departments in the club but I know the fresh department associates are very nice

I've worked at a Sam's Club in Indianapolis Indiana, you get your money's worth.but the long lines suck lol, I worked at the one in Indianapolis and thought it was only there but moved to new Jersey and it's there too lol, I guess it's everywhere. Some of the people they hire are beyond ghetto. It's not a good look. I just don't find it professional.
