I spoke with Dave in Pro Audio about Internet Radio Software. He was friendly, seemed genuine, and gave me some things to think about. The store is a little bit out of the way for me, but I'm thinking about driving in to meet Dave and talk more about my options. I love when sales people are knowledgeable and "get me"

This place just lost a sale!! Very unprofessional associate in the pro audio department who basically told me i was screwed because of my out dated equipment. If he would have listened to my needs he could have suggested something for me in which i would have taken without hesitation. But because of his lack of people skill, he lost commission on both the controller and the wires and headphones i needed to complete my project. .. George should have trained u better!!

I travel to this location from Staten Island because their service is on point. The staff are knowledgeable and dedicated to help. Their product inventory allows great hands-ons experience, they also have reasonable prices and payment plans. I highly recommend this location if your looking to purchase musical instruments or Dj products.

I recently purchased a mid-priced digital piano from this location. After not being helped while I was sitting at the same piano for 20 minutes, I stopped an associate and asked him for help. He replied with "I don't know how to sell a keyboard."
Help was forwarded to Reggie who works in Pro Audio. He told me that they didn't have it in stock but they can order it for me. Because they didn't have it in the warehouse, he said the manufacturer will ship it to the store and he will ship it to me, to get to me no later than Friday (it was Monday). He also told me he would call me when they receive it.
Come Friday, I haven't received either a call or the piano. I called the store and Reggie said he would call me back as he will try to find out what happened. He didn't call me back.
On the following Monday I spoke with Jake and he said they have it in stock but none was being shipped to me. He told me he would call me back but he didn't. I called back and spoke to Reggie and he told me he was going to ship it out with the same day's shipment and that I would receive it on Wednesday the latest. He said he would call me to confirm that he sent it but didn't. Come Wednesday I had not received it.
I called 5 times on Wednesday as they kept saying they would call me back but never did, Reggie then said that I would be emailed a tracking number and will get it on Friday. As of now, 10 days after I paid for it, I don't even know if it was shipped out.
If I wasn't given the run around, making me think I was actually going to receive it on certain days, I would have made arrangements to pick it up. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I'm There So Much I should be an employee!!! From George To Phil To Reginald To Diego To Jay To Dimitri, To Johnny O To Dave In Guitars!! I Feel at home, if it wasn't for the names i mention, i would not shop here.. Keep Up The Good Work Guys!!!
