Mark was the first person ever to cut my hair upon relocating to New York. There is no one I trust more and expect he will be there for my last cut on earth. Always a great crew of talented and down to earth staff on board. Animal lovers are most welcome too

Stepped in and I asked: "may I have an haircut?" the (wrong) answer I got was "$75". That's it, plain and simple, end of conversation. I walked away. Learn how to respect and greet potential customers.

It was superb: I look 10 years younger. Mark did an incredible job cutting my hair and giving my face a totally new look and a great shape. It was also fun talking to him about music and art. Similarly the coloring job was great.

Lori and Mark are beyond experts and have styled rockstars (I have learned recently). They are very friendly and inviting, fantastic conversation if you want it. They listen everytime to your thoughts about your hair and style down to the letter! My hair is weird/difficult to cut but this salon's capable stylists pull through everytime. They've been in the East Village for years and have great stories about the old art scene. I highly recommend Salon Seven.

Went to get a cut and had a great experience. A nice little salon, cool art. My hair looks good and everyone was really nice. Would go again.
