Beautiful atmosphere and service, but our tapas were horribly deep fried and dripping in oil. The most delicious part was the bread with stunning garlic olive oil.

I think the people who work there have no concept of what tapas are. The vegetable paella was nothing but some box-prepared yellow rice with vegetables cooked to a mushy pulp. The white asparagus must have come out of the can and so did all the other ingredients. The waiter never mentioned the size of the dish, so a pile of rice was brought to a table - enough to share with 4 people. Wine was so horrible - it must have come out of the box. This is a meal served best at a diner somewhere in Ohio or Nebraska where diners have little to compare their food to not Greenwich Village. AWFUL! Just Awful!
