- Excellent #150254

One of the best Pilates reformer, tower and gyrotonic studios in the NYC. The staff and instructors are dedicated and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Shelby, Monique, Yuko and Rafael for any kind of Pilates classes. I am not a Mat fan, but have tried all other modalities and would continue to come back at least a dozen times a year. Hats off to Anthony and Cynthia team to drive a great place! Always enjoyed the reflexology by Anne. Great staff!
